1. Scope of Application
1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website www.rebelday.ch and all ticket
purchases made through the website for events in Switzerland.
1.2. By using the website or purchasing a ticket, the user accepts these T&C.
2. Contracting Parties
2.1. The contract for purchasing a ticket is concluded between the buyer and
we meet, Pia Klaue (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).
2.2. If the website sells tickets for third-party organizers, this will be explicitly stated on the
respective event page. In such cases, the stated organizer is the sole contracting party.
3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
3.1. The presentation of events and tickets on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
3.2. By completing the order process, the buyer submits a binding offer.
3.3. The contract is concluded upon confirmation email sent to the buyer.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
4.1. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable.
4.2. Available payment methods may include credit card, TWINT, PayPal, invoice
or others, depending on the event.
4.3. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is refused or in cases of suspected abuse.
5. Delivery of Tickets
5.1. Tickets are delivered electronically via email or made available for download after successful payment.
5.2. The buyer is responsible for storing the tickets securely and presenting them at the event.
5.3. The Organizer assumes no liability for lost or stolen tickets. Replacements may be issued only if technically feasible and approved by the Organizer.
6. Admission and Ticket Validity
6.1. Each ticket is valid only for the event specified on it.
6.2. The Organizer may request proof of identity at the entrance.
6.3. Damaged, manipulated, or duplicated tickets do not grant admission.
7. Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations
7.1. No right of withdrawal: According to Swiss law, there is no right of withdrawal or return for tickets.
7.2. Ticket cancellations or exchanges are generally excluded.
7.3. Event cancellation or postponement:

In case of cancellation, refunds will be issued according to the Organizer’s policies.

If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid. Refunds are only provided if explicitly offered by the Organizer.
8. House Rules and Conduct
8.1. The house rules and safety regulations of the event venue apply.
8.2. Instructions from security personnel must be followed.
8.3. Violations may result in exclusion without refund.
9. Liability
9.1. The Organizer is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
9.2. The Organizer is not liable for minor negligence, technical failures, website downtime, or errors caused by third-party providers.
9.3. For content and execution of events organized by third parties, the respective organizer is solely responsible.
10. Website Use
10.1. The website must not be misused (e.g., unauthorized ticket purchases, technical manipulation).
10.2. All website content is protected by copyright; any unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Data Protection
11.1. The processing of personal data follows the Privacy Policy and complies with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG).
11.2. The user agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of contract fulfillment and communication.
12. Changes to the T&C
12.1. The Organizer may amend these T&C at any time.
12.2. For completed ticket purchases, the T&C valid at the time of purchase apply.
13. Severability Clause
If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid, the other provisions remain in full force and effect.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
14.1. These T&C are governed by Swiss law.
14.2. The place of jurisdiction is – insofar as legally permissible – Lausanne, Switzerland.
